The machine has two ways of stitching ,namely overlapping and butt.After stitching,the rubber fiber has length range of 200mm-999mm and width range of 6mm-15mm.The design of exclusive lock nut can greatly decrease the difficulty of adjusting rubber fiber sizes.The finr adjustment function of dial code wheel can ensure accuracy of cut length of the rubber fiber.Rotary pulling device for feeding material and direct feeding device by motor are adopted ,so as to guarantee the tolerance of the cut rubber fiber is within 2mm.
